Problem with Itunes, help needed please

Hi folks wondering if anyone can help, my Itunes won;t open up anymore because it says it needs quicktime to work, unfortunately being the doosh bag I am I inadvertantly deleted quicktime for some reason the other day not thinking I used it. It's saying I need to reinstall Itunes, but fuck knows where the install CD is in my gaff and I can't find any install options on my computer.
Anyone got any solutions? Much appreciated.

You might even be in a situation where you only need to install quicktime. go to quicktime.com and it should redirect you. Better then reinstalling all of iTunes.

Cheers mate I'm just installing quicktime on it's own now, fingers crossed.

Should work fine that. If not, there's no harm in installing the whole lot again, just make sure you install it over the top of the existing itunes. I.E. Don't remove itunes to install the new version or you'll have to import all your stuff again.

Anyone got a good link for software that 'liberates' ipods? I've got stacks of music that's on the ipod that I can't chuck on my imac (it's stored elsewhere) and I remember there being a windows liberator a while back. Something that you've used before and recommend would be good. Otherwise I'll just google it. Ta.
