Re: FM 2008
It aint too shabby, some nice touches
need to play the full game beyond a season to see just how good it is i think with FM.
One good feature is they have overhauled the expectations, so you can see exactly where you are failing or doing well. You also get to see what your fans think of your players and results on the pitch as well. They were having a go at me because we weren't converting the chances we have into goals. They also weren't happy with me only signing one player before the transfer window shut. THink Rashid is the club spokesman on my game.

I am also having trouble in most of the games converting my chances into goals, though pleasingly I beat United 4 - 1 with Tevez getting sent off, now Kuyt has hit a bit of form I hopefully will win more games but so far Torres has been poor.

Re: FM 2008
Torres has been poor for me too, my best result so far was 3-0 at home ot West Ham, Dirk scored from 30 yards into the top corner, goal of the month winner, Torres came second when he beat 4 players with trickery and slotted it in off the post in the same match

Re: FM 2008
I finished the demo off joint top with Utd but with a better goal difference. Bought Berbatov off Spurs for 22m but he found it hard to dislodge Kuyt because he is ace in it. Insua also looks excellent.

Kuyt is brilliant, I am currently in a 12 match unbeaten run, Torres has a few goals but a ton of assists, as ever Gerrard is amazing in the game.
There are a few anomalies, Leto is better than he is in real life by far and Pennant is not as good, am enjoying it though, looking forward to the full release.
