Where to buy PES6
Ok, does anyone use a failsafe website that would deliver the PES6 on the day its released for £10 less than the highstreet?
I've got a PES6 night planned for the friday.

Yeah mate, for normal purchases they take 3 or 4 days but for pre-orders they have it to you by thursday or friday...
I ordered FM2007 last wednesday and got it Thursday morning...

Well, ive got it on pre order from sendit.com - theyre usually pretty good and they usually take a day less to deliver than play - and its a fiver cheaper.

Yeah, Woolies are apparently selling it, plus Game. It's actually rumoured to be quite a poor version on the 360.

Re: Where to buy PES6
Cheers for the tip off on it being in the Chipshop Scunny, just been down and got it.
The reviews I've read of it on a couple of forums are that it's still good but not great, you can't edit teams, transfer players and you can't save goals (or it's very difficult to) on the 360.
Dunno if they're going to do squad updates on xbox live to get past the lack of transfers.

Re: Where to buy PES6
Sorry, just looked in the instructions book, you can transfer players in the Master League.
That'll teach me for believing people on the internet...

Re: Where to buy PES6
Just had a quick game, it's pretty much the same as usual, the players feel a bit slower when you press the sprint button and it's all about build up when trying to score. Graphics are nice, although there's no Anfield this time and our squad's pretty much up to date, some of the youngsters like Anderson are in there too.

They say its impossible to control the ball on the 360 - is that just becasue the lightweights havent got used to it?
And does crouch look great? I wont get mine til friday!
Oh and fellow 360-er, do i have to buy memory card to save more than one save? I seems like it to me which is just crap. I've got premium by the way.

Crouch looks suitably tall, Bellamy looks nothing like "Bellers" but Carra and Alonso are the absolute spit. I don't think you need a memory card for more than one save, I've just started a world cup tournament and there were at least a couple more save spaces underneath.
I don't think the ball was anymore impossible to control than any of the other versions, one good thing they've changed though is you can pressure opposition players more without an immediate free kick given against you.

Not sure. I only bought the 360 for Dead Rising and PES so i may have to sell all and wait for the PS3.
