Then played Wigan, won 2-1, and Liverpool sacked me!

I'm dubbing 6.02 the 'Rashid Update.'

If you download the update, do you not have to start the game all over again for it to take effect?

I'm playing the original without the patch, and there's a glitch which is pissing me off. I signed a keeper, and the deal was meant to go through in January 06, but for some reason it showed up as Jan 1900, meaning he's never going to sign for me. Whatsmore, I can't cancel the deal, and no-one else can buy him.

That happened to me with Kevin Hofland, but was able to sign him on a free transfer when his contract expired two years later.

I just experienced something irritating. I am doing wonders with St. Mirren. Promoted in the second season, losing in the cup final against Celtic, but got to play in the UEFA cup where i just beat Panathinaikos, with an attacking Igor Biscan 5-1 on aggregate. All this with Paul Willis in goal. But before the second leg, against Igor & co, i decided to give Willis a new contract, trippeling his wages, and give a full time contract oinstead of a part time contract. But as he accepted he dissapeared from my squad. When i do a search for him, he comes up as a St. Mirren player, but i cant find him amongst my players. Truly frustrating.

Anyone experienced something like that?

My deputy, a young dutch keeper, played a blinder, but Willis is my main man, along with Neil Prince and Steven Gillespie

Do any of these patches actually make the game half decent?

I bought it the day it came out and thought it was shit. Haven't played it since.

Loads of errors on it and it just didn't run with the same realism that the old ones did. Have these been corrected, even slightly?
