Harry Kewell produced an impressive cameo from the subs bench as Liverpool's reserves beat Everton 3-1 at the Racecourse Ground tonight. Kewell replaced Ronald Huth ten minutes into the second half, and within six minutes had presented Craig Lindfield with a tap in after skinning two defenders and cutting the ball back from the byline. Anderson almost grabbed his second of the game with a neat volley from a Kewell cross, as Liverpool continued to dominate.
Everton pulled a goal back through Agard with ten minutes remaining.
We will have an in depth report and photo's from this game tomorrow.
