Liverpool reserves are leading their hosts Sheffield United 1-0 at Chesterfield's Saltergate stadium through a Jack Hobbs goal following a corner. The ball fell to Jay Spearing outside the box, and his shot which was heading towards the corner flag was turned in well by the tall defender from around the penalty spot. The reds, inspired by a very positive performance from Paul Anderson on the right, have been the better side and other chances have fallen to El Zhar and Spearing.
