Liverpool Reserves are currently goalless with Bolton at the Racecourse Ground. Gary Ablett's side includes new boys Emiliano Insua (pictured) and Francisco Duran, and both have acquitted themselves well in the opening 45 minutes. Liverpool started well and Anderson went close twice in the opening three minutes, but after that they faded and Bolton have had a couple of presentable opportunities that they wasted.
The reds started with a 4-4-2 formation with Duran on the right and El Zhar partnering Lindfield up front, but as the half wore on Ablett switched to 4-5-1 with El Zhar on the flank and Duran tucking infield.
We will have a brief report at full time, and an in depth report tomorrow.
