The reds were held 1-1 by Villa and the game ended in a mass brawl which saw three players sent off. The impressive Robbie Foy put the reds in front on 74 minutes with a smart finish from a wonderful through ball by Guthrie. Villa hit back four minutes later when Kabeya escaped down the left and crossed for Lund to smash the ball in from close range.
Peltier was the victim of a shocking tackle by Osbourne in stoppage time, and a game which had been threatening to boil over all through the second half did just that. Peltier leapt to his feet and swung at Osbourne, and everyone else got involved, including Calliste who was sat on the bench having been subbed earlier!
