Breakfast - Bowl of Fruit and fibre. Big slice of watermelon.

Lunch - Heinz chicken soup, 2 pieces of toast, another big slice of watermelon. Crisps (S&V).

Sorry - good afternoon.

Had a very productive day, sorted my ma's 50th birthday present. It was missions and stressed me out beyond belief but its all done and paid for now. She has a trip to Barca and im also taking her to the The Landau for dinner followed by top seats for the sound of music.

Just a quick update. The lack of caffeine in my bloodstream, and lack of sleep mean I am not at breaking point! Although I had a pleasant lunch of a chicken tikka salad baguette, grapes and a pack of skips. Washed down with some nice pure orange.

My only saving grace is that Im nearing the end of 'Angels & Demons' by Dan Brown. Not the best book and the plot and characters are far too similar to the Da Vinci code, but I cant put a book down with a 100 pages left.

Its basically the shitter version of the Da Vinci Code. In all fairness that is a superb book, couldnt put it down! This is far too similar for me to give it any recognition, but I cant read halfway through a book and then leave it.

Fuckin hell Id kill someone for a coffee and a strawberry cheesecake.

1) Home made Muesli in Innocence Smoothie at 12 for Brekkie.
2) Just going to make an Emmental and Honey ORast Ham Roll for lunch at 3.

Had a hell of a morning. Photoshop kept crashing on Gaussian Blur grrr and hunting for a mouse the cat bought in alive at 4 in the morning. It managed to climb insode my kitchen cupboard. Then found it swinging in the toilet rolls



I saved the fucker but the cat'll bring it back tonight probably. The bastard.
