Today FM, Irish radio yesterday
Was any of our Irish forumites listening to the Last Word yesterday evening? Jim Corr of the Corrs was on talking about the new world order and how the Lisbon treaty is there so we can eventually be goverend by 1 world leader. He then went on about how September 11 was done by the Bush administration. Brave lad saying all this stuff on radio, but he's going to get caned in the press.

That's all we need, a shite guitarist telling us about the new world order. What next? Nik Kershaw accepting the role of Deputy Prime Minister? Joe Dolce heading up Nato?

Re: Today FM, Irish radio yesterday
I heard the interview in full. It was actually quite interesting about the Lisbon Treaty but then he starting spouting all this conspiracy theory stuff about 911 and to be honest I thought he made shite of his whole viewpoint by doing that.
To be fair he has to do something radical to get some sort of acknowledgement in life what with being overshadowed by those sexy sisters of his.

Re: Today FM, Irish radio yesterday
the world can never have enough conspiracy theorists.
now instead of being "that lad in the corrs", he'll be "that lad from the corrs who's a bit mad"
without trying to go off on too much of a tangent, whats peoples views on the treaty, ive not made up my mind yet to be honest, will have to read a readable version in the next few days.
the fact thats its just a rehashed and complicated version of what was rejected a few years back is a bit of an insult to be honest.

Look

You cannot mention Jim Corr, without posting pictures of his fine sisters wearing not much.
Get to it!

Re: Today FM, Irish radio yesterday
There's a great idea for a TV programme - Ask Jim Corr.
Synopsis: Ace tunesmith Jim responds to questions from an invited celebrity audience. Jim proffers guidance on how to deal with the AIDS epidemic sweeping the African continent, how to remove persistent oil stains from your drive, whether Gordon Brown should adjust the levy on petrol to ease the burden on the motorist, how sister Andrea feels about being on the cusp between hottie and skank, and Gloss v Satin Sheen on woodwork.

Jim should shut the fuck up. The last thing we need here is another potential Bono.

I met Andrea before in Dublin. She is actually very small and was wearing a very small, tight leather mini, ........ at 12 O' clock in the afternoon.

To be fair, if you listen to what quite a few religious groups say, he is just repeating them.
