A torrent is a file you download locally and then watch, the ones you're watching now is streamed from a server somewhere and you watch it from their computer (very simplified speaking).

Depends on the size of the file how long it would take, Tom. And as for the quality, it's a stab in the dark really, you can't sample the thing so it's take it or leave it in most cases.

Use mininova, they have ratings and comments next to most files, the time depends on how many others have downloaded etc, at a guess i would say 8 hours for a 90 min film !
its also yours to keep once its downloaded.
