Since we had the small business server fitted at work. The cpu usage seems to be really high - like 70k. It also takes a long time to action certain processes. Say for example that I want to change the font colour in a certain cell. The first time I do it, it can take up to 15 seconds. If I then repeat this on other cells it seems to be instant.

Any ideas what is going on?

Is Excel running locally on your computer, or over some kind of terminal services type thing?

If it's on your computer then you need to see what is taking up your CPU when it's happening.

It's running locally. Like I said, it seems to be intermittent. I'll try and see what is using the CPU and report back.
