Two of the three genius producers who were changing hip hop from the underground before Dilla died, on this. One of my favourite Madlib beats and Dilla does the mic justice, too:

This is one of my favourite MCs though his solo stuff isn't as good. This song isn't their best but it's just to show off Abdominal's skills. Check out the line after "Me and a crap rapper, nothing alike. Cause they're crap and I'm not. Can you demonstrate? Why not..."

How the fuck does he sustain his flow? There's one moment where he rhymes for about 30 seconds without taking a breath. Lyrics Born is like that on Calling Out:

Sorry, I know it was someone else, haha, but this is fantastic. Will be going through this thread with a pen and paper soon before Amazon/Mininova get a pasting.

Bit of Norwich flavour. Not their best tune. Had some mad times with these lads though:

Re: People have had 15 years since to learn how to do it...
I got into this via the No Fakin' mixtape Give An Example (fucking brilliant, by the way). I had no idea what it was, but Kwinzola replied to a post on the Chibuku forum and I've been trying to track it down ever since. The nagging, funky guitar is ace:
