Series Link
Noos comment about heroes made me think about my series link and how often i actually use it. Just moved and had the sky hooked up on sunday. So with all the excitement of someone who has been living with terrestrial TV for a few months i went through the weeks TV Guide to see what was what..
anyway the answer is not a lot... currently on my series link is.
1. Heroes
2. Banged up Abroad
3. Ross Kemp on gangs
4. Everybody loves Raymond (3 episodes a day!!)
5. My Name is Earl
Im waiting for a catch up weekend of PB2 as i've missed the first few episodes..
What you got on yours then?

On Sky plus you can press a button that remembers to record every episode in a series on tv. So mine records MOTD and Heroes automatically whenever they are on.

a very good thing indeed.
If you don't really know, a function on your sky+ box or BT vision box which allows you to automatically tape all the programmes in a series without ever having to do anything more than press record twice.
It is a generation defining technology, like the space age or the plastic age, we are now in the sky+ series link age.

Re: Series Link
It is a feature, RiS, where if activated, your Sky + will remember to record every episode in a series, even if you forget to record it.
Edit: A feature so good, I don't think it is possible to have too many posts explaining what it does.

RJ - I have heard of this, but not yet been arsed to figure out how to do it? Have you got HD yet? I haven't but was wondering if it's worth it yet anyway?

I have just invested in a HD telly. But alas until my BT broadband deal expires in just under 12 months I'm stuck on BT vision, with a shite amount of channels.
I'm gagging to go on Skys, Speak, See and Surf package, with HD, but can't do it till next year.
My mate has it and its great. But perhaps not worth the extra dough.

Re: Series Link
Can i ask - why does the green button for SL not always work with every programme? I thought it was because you couldnt have 2 things at the same time on SL but I have DD and Banged Up Abroad both on at 9pm on a monday and they are both on SL.
