1 month running programme
it seems my ailments have ceased and i'm back running now. I want to get up to 10k in 5 weeks (off to brazil)
So I'm thinking 2 short fartlegging sessions in the week say over 2k then 1 longer run over the weekend. going
wk1 4k (already on 2 1/2 mile)
wk2 5k
wk3 7k
wk4 8k
wk5 10k
bare in mind i'm starting running again after 2 years of dodgy ankles and back trouble
