Brilliant film, "The Bog of Eternal Stench", that worm at the beginning, all good.

My name on World of Warcraft is Labyrinth. Class film. David Bowie freaked me out when I was kid.

Re: Labyrinth
I love Labyrinth. I once asked an old housemate if he'd seen Labyrinth, the only bit he could remember was Bowie wearing tight trousers. We've questioned his sexuality many a time.

Re: Labyrinth
Ive got horrible memories of that film. Took a girl to see it when I was a wee bairn (must have been about 12 at the time) and crashed and burned big time.
I wince everytime it gets mentioned.

Re: Labyrinth
Great, great film.
Labyrinth trivia.
The sources of the characters can be seen in Sarah's bedroom at the beginning of the movie. She has a stuffed animal that looks like Sir Didymus on her shelves, a doll that looks like Ludo near her window, a Firey doll on a shelf, a statue of Hoggle as a bookend, and a figurine of Jareth the Goblin King on the right hand side of her desk. Also, the dress that she wears in the ballroom scene is the same as the one on her music box doll, and the marble labyrinth game is the same as the hedge maze that comes later. There is also a small painting of a machine that closely resembles the machine with the giant rotating blades used by the "cleaners".
After you see the Hoggle bookend, there is a scrapbook shown. It shows newspaper clippings of Sarah's famous actress mom with another man, David Bowie.

Re: Labyrinth
After this was quite outrageously placed on the 'probably shit 80s films' thread I thought I'd big it up again.
Bought the soundtrack to this a while back too, fucking awesome!

Re: Labyrinth
Top film. Connoly hasn't changed too much from her younger days and has always been a very attractive woman.
