Talking of Potter, That girl that plays Hermione Granger. AWOOGA. By the time they make a film of the final book, she'll be old enough for me to squeeze one out over without feeling a bit wrong.

Re: What book are you currently reading?
Someone recommended Harry Potter to me a few years ago so I read the first one and thought it was class. Have since read them all and they've got better and better. The films are good as well but not a patch on the books.
I've already got the new one pre-ordered from Play, to be delivered the day of it's release.

One of my favourite books of all time. Awesome stuff. Just hope the film isnt a complete cock up as it seems it will be.

Re: What book are you currently reading?
re-reading 'Of Wee Sweetie Mice and Men' by Colin Bateman at the moment .Very satirical and funny Northern Irish Fiction writer .Totally takes the piss out of the whole Northern issue.Same guy that wrote Divorcing Jack
Also reading Ross O'Carroll Kelly (Paul Howard) new book
"Ross O'Carroll-Kelly's Guide to South Dublin : How to Get by on, Like, 10,000 Euros a Day"
Its done up like one of these city guides and is so fucking funny,I snorted twice on the bus this morning over it .

Re: What book are you currently reading?
Just finished 'Powder Wars', started reading 'Confessions of an Economic Hitman' fits in nicely with the Chomsky stuff i've been reading recently. And i've got 'The Last King of Scotland' on standby.

Good standby book to have.
Have you read "Hegemony or Survival"? A blistering-paced Chomsky, if ever there was one...

Got it, havn't read it yet. I do find his stuff a little heavy going so I read something easier in between, hence 'Powder Wars' and some of the other un taxing stuff I read.

The Road To Wigan Pier by George Orwell at the moment.
Nearly finished it though so got James Joyce's Ulysses lined up. Nice bit of light reading.

How are you finding Paul?
I totally gave up on Catch 22, only 15 or so pages in.
