You have completely misrepresented my view on the issue. I merely speculated that Noos felt that way and later clarified that point to you. I certainly have never taken the piss and indeed have consistently gone out of my way to defend the people "of faith" on this forum from what I regard as the disrespectful mockery they have to endure from some of the atheists. I am aware of making that point to Noos, Stu and SD on a number of occasions and probably have done to others, too.

I haven't been on the forum these last few days much. In fact, I've barely looked at anything bar the Romans/Gauls thread. But look, you either accept what I say or you don't. However, I know my own mind and the evidence of my opinions is littered all over these boards. My mother is a Methodist minister and I am an atheist. What do you think I do when I go to hers for Sunday lunch? Get my arse out while she says grace? As for stuff being rammed down my throat, I don't like that from any perspective; religion is neither here nor thre in that context.
