Well...with only 13 players available, and probably my best 4 unavailable, I guess everybody was hoping to face my team. Even I was hoping to draw me ...

But it`s really a crao system, if you can draw the teams from the same group... Where`s the fun in that?

In other news, the Cojones had their 8 unsuccessful offer for a keeper, and as a bonus we thought we had strenghtened the midfield with a new 6bar player. But not only did he turn out just 4bar...he will also retire after this season, which probably will only last two more matches.

This CL game has really been kind to me :)

It would seem so as only one match is set up. that is complete arse. There is very little information about the CL set up in the xpert manual. If we don't like the set up we can change it next season, but it is a shame if they don't follow the set up of the real CL as much as possible.

I have to come up with something cunning to get through now. A defensive approach to get a good result in the first leg won't cut it now. I think I will go gung hoo on your arse insted. Or maybe not. Who knows?

It's a nuetral venue though. So it doesn't give anyone an advantage.

I tell you what, player development is going to be really difficult with the lack of games we have, and the fact that they all matter.

This was purely a test run of the CL system. If we hate it, we can divvy up the divisions in a different way if we like. I am disappointed that it is a one legger. All a bit wrong. As for player development, we are all in the same boat.

It's different though, isn't it, I'd rather do something different like this and see how it pans out over a few seasons than do a normal league; I'm in enough of them already.

It is indeed different. I think the one leg quarter final is wrong though. They should be two legs.
