vbookie is installed now and seem to be working. It's only for ST's though. I haven't a clue exactly how it works, but Im sure the likes of RiS will be all over this in no time setting up things for you all to blow your virtual cash on.

If anyone wants to set up an event for people to bet on (tonight's game would be a good one to start I'd say) click on the link in the navbar at the top of the page and give it a go.

The money gets topped up by things such as posting, gaining rep etc. So it's not as though you only have the amount you are initially allocated, it can be topped up.

As for how it works, I haven't had time to have a proper look. Someone has to open an event, and set up the various options for people to bet on, and then people bet. It sounds simple, I don't know if it is though.

Yeah it isn't working properly. There should be an option when you start a new thread, that lets you open a vbookie event with it. It doesn't seem to be working though, so I'll check it out tonight and get it sorted.

I've fixed it now, my nerd skills are getting better by the day. If someone wants to set up an event to bet on, just go to start a new thread, then scroll down and you should see the option to set up a vbookie event. I have no idea how it works in terms of whether you have to put odds in etc, but I'm sure we'll figure it out as we go along.
