I used to watch Phil Bad and Kvarme back in the day and think "how can you be a professional footballer and get away with NOT being able to do even simple shit like the lads down the park can do?"

We had a lad in our team called Fat Frank who looked like Brian Blessed with AIDS (but was still fat) and wore an old West Germany shirt for matches, and even HE could trap a football or head one away.

How hard is it? I mean I can appeciate it isn't easy to dribble past four players and hit a slide rule pass through four defenders, but how hard is it to trap a fucking ball!!!!
