How about Ashley has told Keegan to cut down the Newcastle wage bill and since Owen is refusing to sign a new reduced deal they are open to offers for as little as £5m. Rafa has heard this and has made a bid. Owen was visiting Melwood yesterday trying to finalise a deal. He'll be back there after the Everton game for his medical and he'll sign on Tuesday.
