There's no point in trying to educate people like this, because they already know the truth, they know what they are saying is total crap. They spout shite like this just to get the reaction, to stir more hatred, beacuse that is what most people involved in following football nowadays want to hear. And if a few people who don't know the truth are converted to his way of thinking then that is another measure of his success.
The best anyone can do is ignore it, as the more you argue, the more vile the shite becomes. It doesn't make it right to let it go unanswered, but all responding will do is breed more bile.
Football is just going rapidly downhill. For many, hating your neighbours and rivals is becoming more important than seeing your own team be successful. Listen to most sets of away fans who come to Anfield nowadays, they fall into this category, and the shite this arsehole spreads, is just the same thing taken to extreme. But whilst we as Liverpool fans may not like it, there are many many more who want to hear it, they know it's bollocks but don't care. It's another good reason to hate.

I also always think with Heysel that we should just state that we fully accept that our club was dragged down my a minority of our scum fans and played a major roll in the deaths of 39 people.
