I disagree. When you are absolutely pissed and can't taste the difference between Kronenberg, Fosters, and a pint of cat pee? The cheap option is the right option.

Re: I met Dave Usher last night

Toohey 's new is my drink of choice in the Surf Club along with a few bundies. As for Fosters: deffo a no-no. Fave beer here for a barbie is Carlton Cold (cos I'm a cheap bastard) or if I'm going 'round someone's James Boages or Coopers pale ale. Ticklemeclemo is the one to ask though, I await his professional opinion on this. I'm just hoping he doesn't vouch for VB!

I drink Fosters in my local because it's cheap. I'm tight like that.

Fosters is an absolutely horrific lager. You can actually feel the hangover begin halfway through the first pint. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong.

I was too nervous to even eat them. I put them on the table, and I ate one. Lance scoffed them all I think. The Hanover is no longer lucky, it's magic has worn off. Gutted.

I dreamed I saw Dave U last night,
Alive as you or me
Says I, "But Dave, you're ten years dead,"
"I never died," says he
"I never died," says he

Carlsberg all the way out of the widely available beers but give me a pub that has Amstel or Red Stripe on tap and your on to a winner

Best bottled beer at the moment for me is Tuborg - It's Carlsbergs Pilsner brother!

I thought Dave U was a mythical creature that existed only in the minds of the TLW forummers. This mammoth revelation dispells that theory!

VB is absolutely shite... the correct answers are any of the coopers fine range of ales and lager, James Boags, James Squire, Crown lager is an better version of Fosters, as interestingly enough it is producedfrom the top or crown of the batch...

Melbourne Bitter, Tooheys, West End, Swan and that despicable XXXX shite are to be avoided, unless there are no other alcoholic beverages available, including household cleaning items and methylated spirits

For further information on the fine range of beers available on your tarvels please consult....
