Im afraid the antics of a few of are so called fans made it so last Tuesday

And that wrong needs to be righted IMHO

We all remember the Betis and Barcalona Fans for the class and respect that there fans showed at Anfield

its time we showed our true class at the bridge both on the pitch and at the end of the game

Edit

I was always expecting it to be done after the game not before or during it and that is why it say's Win Lose or Draw

It is not im my mind because of the Press but because of the mindless few who dragged this clubs great name through the mud again on Tuesday

There i'll timed and sensless and vile chants about a players family member is wrong and this from the same fans probably who complain about the bitters and the Gerrard stuff or the Mancs and Hillsborough it should stop and we should take the lead in it

Footballers are fair game it comes with the job but their families and or tragic events from the past should be no go regardless

Remember how Milan fans sang YNWA after the Hillsborough? It would be cool if we could hold a banner or something and sing a song for them. Yes, Hillsborough = 96, Pat =1 but noone could ever said the 96 loses are more or less important then of Pat one. A death is painful story, the end.

But after that, we'll forget about it for 90 minutes and thinking ONLY about Moscow!

Was there the same amount of support shown to Dirk Kuyt (one of our own) when his dad died ?.

Why would there be a minutes silence on Wednesday?. Am I mistaken or do they not plat Man U at the weekend. If Chelsea FC want to show their respect let them do it then.
To be honest I think the whole minutes silence idea is a bit over OTT.

Be assured that if Frank plays on Wednesday it wont be out of anything else other than his desire to knock us out of the CL. The same reason he played on Tuesday.
Spot on Dirk was extremely close to his dad and when he died we never did anything for him.

It's one of the worst experiances in life to lose your mum but this Lampard thing is going way ott.

That's ridiculous. I can't believe there people on here who are comparing Hillsborough or any other disaster to someone losing a parent through illness.

The death of Frank Lampard's Mum is tragic to him and his family and I genuinely sympathise, but things like this happen every day just like it did to Dirk Kuyt, Titi Camara and Rafa Benitez. Disasters such as Hillsborough don't.

What happened at Hillsborough had a profound effect on the club, the city and football in general and whether some people like it or not the death of Lampard's mother or the death of a.n. other's mother/father pales into insignifcance in comparison. Let's have a bit of perspective please.

If there's a minutes silence, which I doubt there will be, then it should be respected but to suggest singing a song or taking a banner is just way over the top.

And as for making up for a couple of fans singing songs about his Ma the other day, do me a fucking favour. Are the Chelsea fans going to sing songs apologising for the Murderers chants or take a banner in support of the Justice Campaign? No is the answer to that and I wouldn't expect them to either.

Re: Challange for Wednesday

The only thing we should do for the Lampard family is leave them completely out of it. No songs about Frank, no booing or taking the piss when he makes a mistake, just leave him completely out of anything we do on Wednesday.

You can't draw a line? Of course you fcukin can.....Steven Gerrard and his bird whore themselves to the media and open up their homes to magazines, 96 innocent people lost their lives going to a football match, the lines are so far apart its not even comprehendable to me that you cannot see that. The world truly has gone mad, its fcukin ridiculous. Everyone is thinking so hard about being politically correct that they have lost all sense or perspective.
