Premier League Serie A Ibrahimovic on move - Setanta Sports

The forums favourite shittest top player fancies England then eh?

As Glenn Hysen said the other night "He wouldn't make the team at Liverpool, well, maybe on the bench"

Re: Ibrahimovic

I would honestly play him. he'd be like cristiano ronaldo, bang them in against any team bar the top 4. Then dont play him against the top 4. Hed give someone like newcastle nightmares for days.

*not*

Re: Ibrahimovic

Moyes will at some point claim he was offered him but knocked him back because he's not British.

"Zlatan Ibrahimovic has sensationally failed a medical at Everton Football Club. Officials for Everton claimed that there was a problem wiuth the number of freckles he had, and that it exceeded their agreed safe limit of "about 15".

This follows the earlier failed medical of midfielder Andrea Pirlo, who was sent back to Italy for 'having a funny name, like a girl'"

Re: Ibrahimovic

I watch the italian league a lot, and can undertand why there is so much hype about him, as hes a genius in some games, a playmaker and goalscorer at the same time. But he never performs in games against the big teams, which is what most people watch and the only time they see him, so the reputation of him being shit is along way off. If he scores 30 a goals a season, like say ronaldo, but only 1 or 2 against the big teams. IMO it doesnt make him shit.

But other teams and their fans will respect us if we sign him, so therefore we should. I wanna kill myself everytime I see Voronin on the subs bench, it's soooo embarassing. What must the mancs be thinking, ooh my.

Exactly, and he's a bad guy, which would be nice to have alongside Torres in the biggest games where he always get kicked to pieces.

Re: Ibrahimovic

He's an amazing talent who's bottled it in some big games. I don't watch the Serie A, but I think he's extremely highly rated in Italy.

Pretty much the complete striker who - on the right team and with the right coach - would be unplayable.

Actually I was taking the piss

He's really not a bad player, but I would spend money elsewhere this summer.

Plus he would cost 20m upwards, that is of course, if for some reason Inter would sell him. To put it in perspective, it would be like us selling Torres.

Ive got him in up front in my Inter fifa team as you well know woolfc. He's been pretty wank so far and it has nothing to do with my own skills.

Fuck him off!

Quality player, although his arrogance is a put off. Still would't mind him in a red shirt.

Re: Ibrahimovic

I watched him too.. He kinda like Luis Garcia in reverse. He plays with amazing talent and flair and likes to track back and get the ball. However for some reason, in big games where there's plenty of pressure he lost his touches. Absolutely no reason whatsoever to buy. Plus he won't fit in the formation, we already have Kuyt in the role.

Zlatan would put every team out of the top 4 to the sword... He'd go missing against United, Chelsea, and Arsenal though...

Maybe not with Torres and Babel flanking him and drawing attention though....
