Re: Come on Barcelona

steaming pile of a game, Barcelona nice pretty neat and tidy approach play then nothing. Then that annoying cunt ronaldo with his "legs open deep breathing look at me l'm superman" stance when he's about to take a free kick.

Love this sexy football. Ten behind the ball - that was the final we wanted to see.

But then I did fall asleep!

Re: Come on Barcelona

Barca are definitely in with a shout if Henry starts the second leg. He may be past his best but he's still a fantastic talent and he'll have a point to prove back in England.

He had a very good goal record against them for Arsenal, although most of his goals were at Highbury / the Emirates. I presume Rijkaard is aware of this.

Re: Come on Barcelona

For me Barcelona are more then capable of scoring at Old Trafford.

These days the away goals are so important which is why it was a blow for us to concede last night but we can score on any ground so im not too concerned about us.

Man United know that they have to attack Barcelona in the second leg and that is going to leave all sorts of space in their defence.

Both games are finely poised at the moment.

United were lucky to get away with a 0-0, still good result for Barca.

My predicted Liverpool vs Barcelona final will happen.

How much hoofing did United do there, they were a shambles. Barca will win this now, they'll have more space at OT.

The lads on RTE went to town on Ronaldo, called him a disgrace to the game of football, Dunphy lost it completely again. Great TV

Re: Come on Barcelona

So much for fast flowing football. barcelona make 30 passes where 3 would do and United played with 9 men behind the ball.

We'll do either of these fuckers in the final.

Re: Come on Barcelona

I must admit I did enjoy Man Utd, the bestest team everer, better than 1970's Brazil, 1950's Hungary and 1960's Ajax put together playing what can only be described as Houllier football.
