2 horse finished deadlevel on the line, they couldn't split them on the photo so they share the win, so 2 winners mean half the odds on both horses.

Ah just realised it wasn't because i complained it was because of there money back special were if your horse is second and beaten by a neck they give you your stake back (£10 but obviously the dead heat made it £5)
