That was a great, great day that one. I actually watched Garcia's goal on one of the plasma screens down by the bar because some bird had her tongue down my throat.

I also woke up the next morning in some ex birds flat in Manchester.

To me, that Semi at Castle Greyskull was as good as the final. The whole day out, remember meeting early doors at weatherspoons in Birkenhead, over to the woodside hotel for a few, then the coach to OT was amazing. One of the best away coaches ive been on. It actually fely like the Final that day. And beating those cunts, it felt like we'd already won the cup.

That Garcia goal is one of my favourites in my 20years supporting Liverpool.
I know Yossi is maybe more consistent, and less infuriating, but he hasnt got that little spark about him that Luis had. Big game, Luis was the first name on the team sheet, he'd always pop up with the crucial goal.

I remember a Juve fan on another forum in 2005 saying Garcia could never hit a shot like that one again if he tried it fifty times. Think he did something similar about three times out of five efforts whilst he was with us, although the Juve one was the best. Trying to remember who else he potted one like that against. Help me out someone before I decide I'm going senile.

There was one against Spurs where he turned on the edge of the box and slotted one in the top corner. I think it was the game that Edman scored from 90 yards or thereabouts.
