It's still important that we win tomorrow. I expect him to field a weakish starting lineup and a strong bench, but you never know with Rafa. If that is the squad (and I've no reason to think it isn't) then it will keep Hodgson guessing.

It will be good to see Rafa start with a strong side but with Insua and Plessis in there from the kick off.

You cant judge how good these kids unless they are put in with other first teamers and see if they raise their game.

Listening to Rafas press conference i would be surprised to see Gerrard start or even play if it comes to that.

Nemeth is still away on Internation duty i think otherwise he would be in the squad travelling down to Fulham.

Win tomorrow and i think we will be seeing Nemeth play against Birmingham.

You should take over Tom Hicks' PR campaign, coming up with shit like that. Engineering concepts or people into the heart of good reds.

One win should be enough to secure CL football so it makes sense to get that as soon as possible and then focus on the CL.

I'd have rather seen Alonso starting this one ahead of Lucas. He could really have imposed himself on this game and dictated it through passing, whereas I don't see Lucas doing that today.

Still confident that we'll win though.
