Re: Team for Fulham

With tonight's result we can now afford to drop at least 8 points and still finish 4th. Nobody intended to play against Chelsea should play at Fulham, it would be an unnecessary risk.

Agreed
The only player I'd be tempted to play who'll start in midweek would be Pepe but then again, whats the point.
Stick Martin in goal and don't even put Itandje on the bench

I'd still like to beat Fulham, if Arsenal continue their form then we're on for third place.

its a fine line between keeping momentum going and taking risks on pointless injuries.
I'll be confident of beating Fulham with the 2nd team.

Re: Team for Fulham

I think we should play the team that we had at Arsenal in the League.

We also owe a duty to the supporters going down there to try and win the game,I was surprised at how well the team played at Arsenal in the League same again.

Beat Fulham and wrap fourth up.

Agreed.

With Nemeth on the bench.

I hope we dont go too weak, id like to see the kid and stevie play and finish them off but I know that would never happen.

Good point, I agree with that, but i think Pennant is injured, so either Voronin or Nemeth will come in I think. Would like to see Plessis, Insua and Nemeth all in the squad.

I'd go with that, but would be tempted to give Insua a go. That should definitely be strong enough to get something from Fulham.

Re: Team for Fulham

As close as your gonna get to a meaningless LFC game.

Time to give the youngsters and squad players a game

------------------in-----------------------------
Arbeloa-------Hobbs---------Hypia---------Insua
--------------Xabi---------Plessis----------------
Pennant------------Benayoun------------Riise
------------------Babel--------------------------

Still way too good for Fulham
