Away Game Tickets.

Arsenal Away last week,it went to 8 away last year I think.

Anyway inside the ground well before the game,and I bumped into 4 Germans.

"Did you go to 8 away's last year I ask"

"nine he said" Cheeky twat.

Anyway,how do these people get tickets for away games? answer is touts and the club giving them tickets.

This club will loose the main supporter soon and be replaced by the Sky Fan.

Home & Away. The real fan is soon to be fucked off.

Yeah. Me and Stevie on Tuesday ran into a tout selling tickets for his mates "Israeli" ticket firm. He got the tickets out in front of us and they looked genuine. £120 for one he was selling them for.

And I was kicking myself after I walked away because I could of snatched them all off him and ran. What a dickhead I am.

Fuck knows, I can never get away tickets for even small games. I was fucking pissed off when I saw the Porto game, and saw half our stand was empty. Though my mate, who is a good red, went to the game at Old Trafford. He has never been to an away game, is from Wales and a few others. He is a good red though, so nothing really said against him.

Saw one lad who looked like Bin Laden,now nothing against Muslim's but he stood out like a sore thumb.

I would have spotted him at all away's last year,again ticket off the club or paid over the odds off a tout.

Although I took the lad on the saturday for him to be met by a steward saying"hope your dad is better behaved today than he was Wednesday".

Got back to the Wife that comment.

Haha, quality. Don't get me wrong, outside support doesn't bother me. It's just when touts and the club are givng away tickets that could go to more deserving fans with more games on their fancards. Doesn't half bug you when you have been getting shafted all season for Champions League tickets.

atk, if they havn't been to the 8 games & they havn't purchased them from touts then they are coming from a branch of supporters club somewhere, probably one in there own country.

Mick,the thing is most lads sort the fancard situation amongst themselves,if i'm not going one of the other lads get's the ticket and you build it up etc.

The club are obviously keeping tickets back and giving them to daytripper/Foreign Fans,plus the touts market

Would you stop a fan who may only ever get to one game in his life from seeing Liverpool?

You will never have enough tickets to please everyone but i dont think that you sould begrudge supporters clubs from around the globe the few tickets they get Touts on the other hand should have a red hot poker shouved up there arse

What happens is the tickets are purchased by the supporters club on every fancard with the loyalty needed to secure a ticket. Like you said above if you dont go to that game then one of the lads go instead. It works the same with the forigen supporters clubs. Anyone can set a supporters club up, anywhere in the world.

I'm not saying i agree with it just explaining how it is mate.

In oNiells the morning of the Arsenal game two lads came in with about 20 to 30 genuine tickets for sale for all parts of the ground they were looking between 100 & 200 a ticket! For one of the biggest games of the season thats just fckin wrong!

I can see where you are comming from and i dont know what the answer is to be honest

It might be easier when the new stadium is built
I think that there are a core of fans who go to most away games and i think that they should be identified in some way and they should always have the option to get a ticket as a VIP fan sort of thing but there are to many people who buy tickets with no intention of going just to qualify for a final ticket should we get to one.
Its these people that should not have access to tickets that way there would be more to go to proper fans
That goes to these phantom season ticket holders, who have season tickets but never go, different person in the seat every week.
Every season ticket holder should have a picture ID card issued with the ticket and both should be shown,
Any ticket not used should be returned to the ticket office to be re sold to fans waiting at face value and a credit added to the persons season ticket
They can then use this to buy cup tickets ? so the club arent taking in and paying out at the same time

A lot of STHs are the trouble, seriously. I sometimes sit in a STHs seat since he can't go to some games. The STHs around me, don't sing, sit there whining about how we don't play like Arsenal, and don't watch half the game. I wanted to rip into them so badly. And yes, they were scousers on The Kop.

It was STHs who bought tickets to Porto away, and let most of the stand go empty just for some credit.
