Best player to play at Anfield this year.
Just thought I would get away from the Yank Twats for a second.

Best opponents player this year for me has got to be Zanetti.

What a fucking player he is. Havent seen anyone outpace someone with the ball at there feet like he does for a long time. 34 as well.

I thought Javier Zanetti was excellent in the 2nd leg too. Incredible stamina for someone of 34 years of age.

Zanetti is a real Rolls Royce of a player, top class in both legs against us.

It wasnt the sending off when I thought it was game over, it was the fact that he had to go fullback.

Ferdinand for the Mancs,probably kept Torres as quiet as ive seen him in a red shirt at Anfield.

Others probably Fabregas in the league game,and the wee guy for Marsielle in the European cup game,cant remember his name,got the winner?

Masch sorted him out though. They both had a few brilliant tussles that night. I though cambiasso was just as good too.

Best individual performance was by the barnsley keeper imo.

Zanetti is a class player. I turned on to C5 a few weeks ago and Inter v Atlanta was on and he was getting fouled by 3 people but managed to out strength and then silk his way past them. The guy has such energy for his age it is incredible.
