Re: Theo Walcott

was a good run but he should've been stopped long before then, the only time tonight i agreed with Beglin was that Fab's should have took him out on the half way line.

Re: Theo Walcott

I rate him really highly and he is a good red, destined to be a Liverpool player this summer.

Someone should have snapped him in half though.

Re: Theo Walcott

Rash obviously thinks that he is the player that Ballague was on about that would be a 'surprise' signing and can 'also play on the right'.
He might be right...I hope he is.

Aurellio should of took the booking and brought him down, fair play or not, don't rate Walcott at all.

Re: Theo Walcott

He's looked the business coming on for them over the last few months, even despite some negative comments about him in the media by his inspirational captain.

Rafa was dead keen to land him too, wasn't he?

Could well be mate, he definitely fits the bill of Ballague's description as you and the Rash say.

There's no way wenger will sell walcott. Walcott is a proper talent that will be a top player in the next couple of years. But he needs more games.

Agree with that and light years better than any wide player we currently have but I cant see us giving the gunners the 20m it would take to buy him.

I think he will be a huge player next season.

Babel also showed that at the present time he is a fanstastic impact player and his goal reminded me a bit of Fariclough´s against St Etiene

It would be mustard if he was TK, he would be a hell of a signing for us in my view. Super sub for Torres when the game gets stretched and could play the outside right role that Dirk plays. On the subject of Dirk, he was MoM tonight for my money.
