some fella on Rawk(us)

GG asked about Liverpool....

refuses to talk about it at first due to things happening..... gets pushed, goes on to say that he gets 2000 emails a day about him selling to Hicks... threats to his wife, Foster and daughter in law.... keeps mentioning that all the messages are about him selling to Hicks... then drop the bombshell.... it's time to stop thinking about selling... and maybe it's to think about BUYING!!!!!!!!

pushed to talk about D.I.C., said that HICKS only threaten to block the sale and that he has been given enough time to buy out Gilette but was "unable to cross the finishing line"
Spoke very nicely about D.I.C. saying that they had the money and the history to look after the club.

WOW!!

My first thought when he mentions buying is the MLS team he wants to set up, not Liverpool. Haven't listened to the interview though, internet is too busy pissing about for me to bother.

You're not wrong about it being an interesting listen, but the thought that Moores, Gillett and Hicks have either dramatically increased their wealth or about to, for doing pretty much fuck all has wound me up no end. And let's not forget that other self interested tosser Parry who got himself a £500k bonus for landing us with these carpet baggers.

I'm also sick of Rafa and his games/excuses. Not happy at the minute, we'd better have a good fortnight on the pitch or I can see myself losing it completely.

Can I also say how pissed off I am with these "threats to kill" allegations. A few emails from a few crank teenagers and Rashid. We'll be getting rubbished in the press by the usual no-marks with an anti-Liverpool agenda. Does anyone honestly believe this prick thinks he's in any danger? He's going to make a massive a profit on his investment of fuck all and wants to come out of it smelling of roses, whilst making Liverpool fans and his chosen partner scapegoats. I give up.

Interesting. The bloke's "I love a hearty chuckle, me" persona fucking grates as it sounds so contrived and smacks of the first interviews he did when he bought us. However, it's now beyond dispute that he and Hicks have no working relationship whatsoever. The threats stuff is sickening to hear and a fucking disgrace, but I'll believe the stuff about him becoming the buyer when it's in The Echo as a completed deal. I can't believe for one second that this will be straight forward in any way.
