That's a cheap shot man, I was disappointed we didn't win any trophies this season. I voted 4th place as the minimum expectation and I was right, along with Steven Gerrard. Everyone else was having minimum challenge for the league, challenge for cups. There is no harm in having a sense of realism. I want us to win everything every season but it's not realistic.

Barry (if Xabi leaves) and Bentley would be very good players in this squad, I really believe that. Bentley may not have the pace that some wide players have but his skill and ability on the ball, not to mention excellent set pieces, would be a great addition to the team. I think we'll be signing at least one pacy full back (probably right sided) which will take away some of the urgency for pace on the flanks. Plus, I think Babel's out wide left to stay (back up striker to Torres too maybe?) and if you have him on the left with power and pace then there is definitely room for a slower, more considered footballer on the opposite flank. Barry and Bentley would guarantee us goals from set pieces too, something we really need.
