Re: Design a t-shirt

Presuming the stripes are supposed to signal the European Cups we have won but also a take on the modern Addidas logo.

It would work better if you put the years we won it under each of the stripes. Other then that i think thats a pretty good idea.

Could somebody with more skill make a hand with 5 fingers to look like the classic adidas leaf?

First attempt at a mosaic/stained glass thing and a bit of work left to be done but it puts the idea out there...

What is this paper folks? It sounds awesome if it allows you to do that kind of design.

I like the fact that it's a plain (no text) logo tbh. I suppose you could always have a small gold star inside the bottom of each stripe (not underneath them though, that would ruin the effect and look truly naff I reckon*) or five of them running down the longest stripe. I really can't be arsed with Photoshop at this hour, or I'd post 'em up. I do like that one a lot though, it's a very simple yet very good idea.

Were you thinking front and back prints incidentally, or are they intended to be two separate designs?

*Edit - although on the one with the small logo, I think it could work actually.

Two seperate designs. I personally wouldn't (generally) wear the big logo one, but like something with a small logo on the chest. Others like a big design on their t-shirt.

Theirs plenty more you could do with this basic idea and I'm happy for anybody to take it further.
Don't know how feasible it actually is for Dave to try this as a t-shirt, considering the blatant copyright infringements (I assume).

Snap. That's why I asked - I'd wear the large one as a back print but never as a front one.

As for copyright, surely as long as two and four stripe trackies exist this isn't an issue? I mean, five stripes is even further away from their logo. They can't have copyrighted geometry, can they?
