Re: Hicks family at the match yesterday?

Their entourage was big and some people have described it as a show of strength.

Some people?

It was a journalist, a journalist described it as a show of strength.

Others could say it was a response to people saying they don't go to games and an attempt to rectify that.

Re: Hicks family at the match yesterday?

No protest apart from one or two songs in 306 by about 20 people, no one had any idea they were there.

And you can hear Mr Hicks Junior telling all his texan bum chums how he sat next to the England Team Coach.

Did not hear any protests yesterday, in fact it was pretty much silent throughout ( apart from when we scored ) atmosphere was terrible really.

I've never heard a yank use the word coach like that. It'd be bus.
