Ino im sounding extremely optimistic but I do think DIC will buy us. Sheikh Mohammed is the 5th Richest man in the world. Hicks is small fry compared to him. I cant see how Hicks(a molehill compared to the Mountain that is the Sheikh) can keep one of the worlds most powerful men at bay. I think DIC may resort to playing dirty to get us but honestly they could kill old Tommy and methinks very little would care and from what I hear from my American friends (who are completely neutral in this) Hicks is fuckin hated around Texas for muddling up the Rangers.

I know it's only one person and I know it's only a fiver, but I have just cancelled my e-season ticket citing "Hicks/current ownership situation" as the reason.
It was very easy, just log in as normal and go to "E-Season Ticket Admin - Cancel"

I'd urge everyone else to do the same immediately, time it right and the twat might get the message.

i agree rash mate we have to sing and chant against him at every game but unfortunatley he wont give a fuck if we all hate him. Someone posted on this site recently that Tom hicks puts himself 1st,2nd,3rd,4th to show how little he cares about anything else but himself. That sums him up.

Hicks just replied to a fan on RAWK.

In the end, one person must have responsibility for making decisions. It
has been very difficult for George and me to agree on things (Klinsmann)
and DIC wanted their people to have an equal vote on things like keeping
Rafa (I will), signing players and managing the business.

The Club has not been run very well for a long time now. I intend to fix
the problems.

What if we contacted our sponsors like Carlsberg and Adidas and threaten to boycott them because of the owner situation at the club. Would it help at all putting pressure on? Of course it may have some negative effects in the long run aswell..
