been rushing about today so havnt been online if you had been following them you would know that the best bet today was a horse called Nigella which runs at Wolverhampton tonight i hope those that follow them took all the big prices this morning

When i did the NAP bet i didnt know the prices it was just a horse that wouldnt lose Bar a Fall anyway i have to go now busy day will check back later

I will be backing them all i had three bets today the first two have lost which has me £500 down at the moment i have 5 x £100 singles and my other bet from today is £500 on Nigella which i goton first thing

Its been a mad day i have had to drop me lad off at 9am then collect him at 1pm do some shopping ( Mrs was taken into Hospital Ysterday ) then i had to go for a Scan om me back and then Pick My Mrs up from The Hospital and i have just got in now

So didnt know me arse from me Elbow today but everything is OK with me better half so that is all that mattered the rest means fuck all

but all is well now and Wolverhampton is where i will be tuned into tonight making it Pay for me day

Ran a good race beaten by a better horse on the day seemed to use to much up to early trying to come across from the outside draw but wasnt beated that far

They said they would be having a go and they did to be fair the money was down 10/1 into 3/1 fav

Here are my thoughts on the Gowran card

14:00 Justified over 2m4f i think he will take the beating here

14:30 Hairy Molly a horse i like a lot

15:05 Lounaos easier task here than last time out

15:40 Inasus i would take a chance on him being good enough first time

16:10 Hotterthanjuly should be able to win again now

16:40 The Big Picture should leave its last race behind now it is jumping

17:10 Apt Approach Have to go along with W Mullins here

Its a great card there tomorrow pleanty of pointers for Cheltenham both with the horses running and the form of others who arnt seeing what gets a boost etc
