Ray Kennedy Idea....

...Ok I don't know if this will work or even be agreed with.

I've been working for a company who works on behalf of charities for the last year or so, setting up regular gifts for the Red Cross, Children's Society, Action Aid and a few other charities to mention.

Now yesterday I was on the phone with a lady who was talking about how she and her local OAP are supporting one pensioner with financial support of a few quid a month each just to back him up.

Would anybody be interested in setting up a Ray of Hope Direct Debit where he's supported consistently rather than just receiving one off gifts?

It would benefit him to receive to regular income, since he'd be able to lead a life he fully deserves.

Obviously you need to also ask the Ray of Hope guys if there's a chance of doing it.

Good idea. A few people are doing it already. Given that Ray's costs tend to be paying for his care an ongoing fund would work wonders.

Yep. Even if a 100 people could give just 5 pounds a month it would fantastic. I'm sure people can afford more even.
