Controversially I thought Mascherano was our best player, but I'm going for:

1. Carra, for playing well in a position he clearly doesn't enjoy.
2. Crouch, for getting a goal and an assist in the air.

Only Masch seemed to really have a go 1st half so my others are for second half performances really.

1. Mascherano - usual solid hard working performance.
2. Pennant - real threat and caused problems. Attacked the full back, looked to beat men and got in some good crosses from the byline. More or this please Jermaine.
3. Crouch - Goal and an assist.
