Middlesbrough Game (Saturday 23rd February, 3pm)

Last year I booked flights for the home game against Middlesbrough which was around Easter time. We booked the flights before the official website had put the Barca game on their fixture list. The game was moved to a different date because of the Barcelona game, meaning we lost all of the money we paid easyjet for the flights.

I'm thinking about going to the Boro (just a coincidence that it is Boro again) game this season which is on Saturday 23rd February at 3pm.

I've just had a look at the fixture list around that game and it is as follows:

Chelsea (away) in the league on Sunday 10th Feb, 4pm
Barnsley (home) in the cup on Saturday 16th Feb, 3pm (Hasn't been confirmed)
Inter Milan (home) in the European Cup on Tuesday 19th Feb, 7.45pm
Middlesbrough (home) in the league on Saturday 23rd Feb, 3pm
Bolton (away) in the league on Sunday 2nd March, 1.30pm

Can anyone see any way in which that Boro game could be postponed? What if we drew against Barnsley at Anfield the week before the Boro game?

I just don't want to be making the same mistake as last time. I remember someone else on here made the exact same mistake as me.

Someone put on another thread that if we beat Barnsley then the Newcastle game will be re-arranged so based on that I think you should be alright.

Cain, you'll be fine mate. They've already decided the live games for February and they won't use that weekend for Cup replays.

Cheers guys. So just to clarify, if we draw against Barnsley there can't be a cup replay on that weekend?

No, it'd be in the midweek

But Inter Milan is in the midweek. Or do you mean the midweek after the Boro game?

Any replay will be the Tuesday/Wednesday after Boro
