Lucas on Crouchy

Apologies if this have been posted:

"Liverpool's Lucas Happy At Anfield But Desires To See Crouch's Robot Celebration

Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has expressed his style of adjusting to the life at Liverpool and also disclosed the positive influence he had from his team-mate Peter Crouch.

The Brazilian international has been boosted with a fine start this season as the 20-year old has been an apple of the eye for the fans, despite having featured irregularly.

It was never easy for Lucas to adjust to the English lifestyle, but after a span of four months at Anfield, he is certainly getting use to his new life at Liverpool.

"It's certainly easier for me to talk to Stevie and the other lads now," he told LFC magazine.

"I think I can get my message across and hopefully my teammates can understand me. Obviously that is hugely beneficial when it comes to playing the game and the fact that I can now chat to the lads is really helping me settle in."

Lucas has earned himself 14 appearances, till now, but is yet to get his opening goal with the Reds shirt.

The Brazilian does accept Steven Gerrard to be the most inspirational player on the turf, but also regards striker Peter Crouch to be another man to watch out.

"Peter Crouch is also a great player. I remember watching him at the 2006 World Cup and his touch is really good," Lucas added.

"He is also a nice guy too and really funny. He's always joking about training and making everyone laugh. That's good when you're a new player at the club."

But leaving aside the talent that Crouch possesses, their one such thing Lucas expresses his desires to see from the Englishman.

"I remember seeing his famous robot celebration and thought it was great. But he hasn't done it since I have been here. Hopefully I will get to see it soon."

IMO That's were it all went wrong. Crouch should have sticked to the robodance and he'd still be scoring big time.
