wednesday night..

So to Wednesday night;

It is up to every man, woman, child, scallie, oot'er, wool and miserable arl gits in all the stands to make it known our feelings on the subject. Rafa songs MUST be belted from all four corners of the ground, the yanks and the rest of the board MUST be left in no doubt of our feelings. If they think they can hoof Rafa out and bring Maureen in then holy hell will break loose.

Make it loud and proud on Wednesday folks. Do it for Rafa and do it for LIVERPOOL

TIME TO STAND UP LADS

Oh don't be ridiculous.

Why is Rafa in the right?

Both parties are in the wrong form different reasons.

So it is right to back Benitez even though he might be in the wrong?

Re: wednesday night..

Correct!
The argument here is would we just sit back and allow a great man, a man who is ONE OF US, who works 23hours a day to improve OUR club, who's give US the best nights of our lives, to be treated like a piece of shit on tom hicks' cowboy boot? We cannot allow that to happen. Rafa needs our support. His phrase "i do it for MY SUPPORTERS" yesterday shows that. Look what he has done for us, its about time we showed some loyalty back and supported him when he needs us most. We have to make a statement at every game from now on. Im not here wedesday, but im at the game next weekend, and the ,manc game. Ill be singing me sweaty nads off for Rafa please everyone back this, he needs us now. Imagine how we'd feel if we sat back and done nothing, and allowed this to happen. It would fuckin kill me.

Not backing Rafa means you want him gone. Do you want him gone? If you don't it is time to back him. I can't understand how you can argue this point.

And why's he in the wrong? Because the new owners supposedly don't like him and won't trust his judegement?

Yeah, that's me convinced.

Re: wednesday night..

We should always back our team and manager on the field.

I will be backing the new owners and Benitez until it is clear what exctly is going on.

Benitez has had his view (through the media), the new owners I'm sure will have a different take on events.

I don't like it how this has gone public and I think both parties are in the wrong in that regard.

Regarding the actual debate - I think Benitez has a valid point about wanting us to be pro active. However the new owners have a valid point telling him to concentrate on the next few games as we need to qualify from our Champs League group.

I hear plans are in the pipeline to have as many "Rafa" flags out and about on the Spion Kop, sounds a good plan to me!

Re: wednesday night..

it's gone now. europe isn't scared to come to anfield or to take us back to their place. getting beat by half assed teams is the sole cause. why do we get beat by bollocko side? a) the support smells of vaginal discharge b) the team aren't evved up to it.

half the fucking team have played against all the european greats and don't see it as a treat or an opporunity to make the most of. our lads should be rearing to take over europe and not let bum holes stand in our way (fans and players alike).

Re: wednesday night..

Couldn't we just get behind the team on the night of a must win game? Putting the players off would the final nail in the coffin if we end up losing.
Winning the game and Rafa has more bargaining power.

Re: wednesday night..

fooking too right, we need constant singing of the rafa songs, a la the protest at the arse game next year, so we hammer our views home.
this could be a special night and im beginning to think that this whole fiasco may just spur us on to a very special season.
