THE AUDACITY OF SAM ALLARDYCE

I've just this moment been watching the 4 o'clock sports news on SKY SPORTS and they were getting the views of various Premier League managers about the position of England manager Steve McClaren's position with England, and I quote Newcastle manager Sam Allardyce: "I would never talk about another manager's position"!!!!!

It seems Mr Allardyce has a very short memory as it was only 5 weeks ago when he suggested that Rafael Benitez was "lucky to be in a job following poor Premier League finishes".

He is a disgrace to the managerial game and especially following the BBC documentary "Panorama" which alleges he took back-handers from unscrupulous agents during his reign at Bolton Wanderers.

I hope he receives the reception he deserves when his Newcastle United team meet Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday 8 March 2008.
