I'm a thread starter, a twisted thread starter
Some of you dudes/dudettes like nothing better than to start a good old thread when you should be doing something more constructive. Well hey, who wants to be constructive when you can put the footballing world to rights or discuss the merits of a sandwich on the GF?
So who's your favourite thread starter and why?
Here are the contenders, a list of prolific thread starters, not an exhaustive list by any means, just a selection of those who like to stir the juices of the lovely debating melting pot.
Dave U's threads don't count, this is for common folk not Editors/Sith Lords.
Section_31 - Something topical or trivial bollocks, this forumite likes to post about a wide range of subject matter, but does it interest you? In the slightest?
Red Nick - Whether it's formations or the goings on in Rafa's head, Nick is never shy of starting a thread or ten.
Paul - A quick poll or something more thought provoking, the Teach is a popular thread starter for all the right reasons, or is he...
Paco - This newcomer's ratings have caused quite a stir. The vociferous Irish man shows no sign of abating, and why should he?
JoeyB - TV nut JoeyB loves starting threads, especially after a few late ones at the weekend.
RedinSweden - RiS's off-the-wall humour and outrageous levels of sarcasm are there for all to see, sometimes this Scouse Scandinavian starts threads like there's no tomorrow.
Remmie - GF specialist Remmie wants everyone to catch nasty STD's, but do you catch his drift?
Kopite - Has an Everon biased journo written something simply to piss you off? If so, you can be sure fiery forumite Kopite will have reported it by way of a spanking new thread.
1892LFCWasBorn - If there's a transfer whisper or some other juicy gossip doing the rounds you can bet your bottom Euro that this Tazmanian devil wannabe will be hot on the trail.
Will Robbo - IT nerd and Sam Dingle lookalike Will loves a good thread, but don't be fooled by the title. Just about anything could lurk behind that link, and it usually does!

Exactly why. Not too serious and 9 times out of 10, pretty funny.

There should be a 'can't vote of yourself rule', like in the best Avatar thread. Too late with Remmie!

Remmie due to his penchant for the word AIDS and topical tomfoolery!

Re: I'm a thread starter, a twisted thread starter
It cant be paco, coz he keeps churning out the same 'pre-match ratings/post-match ratings/whats the team gonna be against x' stuff, I can get that from the offal.
As for the rest of you lowlifes, you're all pretty much of a muchness.
The only one that stands out for me is Red Nick. But maybe thats due to him starting 196 threads per minute. Or that his avatar reminds me of Josef Stalin.

I've gone for quantity not quality with section 31
sheer range of stuff he starts threads on and posts about. I worry for his work productivity.

Re: I'm a thread starter, a twisted thread starter
I was going to vote for Red Nick, but then changed my mind. He peaked in the transfer summer 2005- trust in rafa, all will be revealed.
Remmie it is- just because it rhymes with Zebedee and of course, AIDS.

Red Nick as he is clearly a sandwich short of a picnic.

Red Nick for his mad team selection posting and frequent unfortunate spelling mistake in the title.
Speaking of mistakes where's the Rasher?

I haven't noticed him as much of a thread starter. If anyone is off the list who thinks they should be on no offence meant, it was a bit of a rush job and a bit of fun.
I've gone for Section_31, they say familiarity breeds contempt but the Sectionizer blows this myth out of the water!
EDIT: how could I forget Franny DelMucho - after a slow start things are finally picking up for Franny.

Re: I'm a thread starter, a twisted thread starter
Honourable mentions to 31 and Will Young but I just can't get enough of that chin-stroke loving GF veteran.
If you put everyone who ever posted on here in a similar poll the GF frequent fliers would run wild on the FF only gimps.
