Paul Fucking hell, what sort of a rag is Wales on Sunday? The earliest opportunity to slag him after his Liverpool contract began yesterday and they take it - for a story that's months old. I'm still unsure about Bellamy, but this is shoddy fucking journalism.

What would you expect?... After all it`s Wales... The land of Evertonians. The journo is probably just a pissed off blue.

Just to point out the glaringly obvious (as a Liverpool fan living in Wales) - the story isn't four months old. He he was charged on Friday. They stated that the incident happened in February, but that he has only just been charged. So the 'story' happened on Friday.
If any other Liverpool player was involved in an incident four months ago, wouldn't you expect it to make the media when charges were brought?
The fact he's just signed for Liverpool probably helped get it onto the front page of what is a terrible, nationalisitic, badly reported for newspaper, but none-the-less, he is one of the top players in the Welsh team, so they have viewed it as big story, worthy of reporting on.
By the way - I only know two Everton fans, most people here are Liverpool fans. Do you really think that Everton would have been as warmly welcomed for any of the cup finals held in Wales that Liverpool were? Probably not.
