Re: tickets for OT

in the previous away games, wasnt the allocation for ST's only? If so, how can it say (for this game) ST's or fan card holders who've been to 3 games can have a ticket? My mates who are only Fan card holders are gutted as they were only able to get a ticket for the Man U home game. Just gonna be me off to OT without me mates then.

Re: tickets for OT

Chelsea got more tickets and given the difficulty with trains and buses from London for the evening ko, they will never sell out their allocation. Their club is actually putting on buses and trains to bring fans up and back which smacks of crap sales expectations. So we will have a situation of thousands of FCHs with man u not getting a ticket and a few thousand empty seats in OT.

What does this mean? Think there were a few tickets for Pompey that went on General Sale so some Fan Card Holders will be eligible for attending 2 games. I think they should have brought in the Burnley game for priority. For Palace in the CC Cup, priority went to ST's and FCH who went to the aways last year. Due to playing grounds with small away allocations it hasn't been possible until now.

I hate the ticket office.

Re: tickets for OT

I have no idea what games I have on my fan card because I haven't used my card for every FA Cup game. The ticket office don't like you asking how many you have on the card either, as it means they have to do some work.

I hope the sarcastic, patronising Irish lad in the ticket office (no offence to any irish lads on here) isnt serving anyone. Bit of a miserable C**t he is.

Get DT to phone up for you - they don't mind doing work for non-scousers, and love doing work for overseas punters. That's if you believe the old rumours. And also assuming DT hasn't got the same accent as big Jan.

Anyway, this is the ticket info from the divers' website (important number being 29908 compared to our 29564, so not too big a difference) :

Chelsea have received 29,908 tickets for the FA Cup semi-final in four price groupings of £55, £45, £35 & £25. 75 per cent of the tickets will be sold via online booking and 25 per cent to personal callers at the box office.

The selling procedure will be as follows :

- from Wednesday 5th April, season ticket holders will have a three-day period to purchase a ticket, one per person

- from Saturday 8th April (7am internet, 9am personal callers), members will then have a three-day period to purchase a ticket, one per person. Please note there will only be internet sales on the day of the West Ham game (Sun 9th April) with no sales to personal callers at the box office.

- from Tuesday 11th April (7am internet, 9am personal callers), season ticket holders and members will then be able to purchase a further two tickets - subject to availability

No telephone, fax or postal applications will be accepted. If purchasing at the box office then you must bring all the relevant teamcards, no teamcard - no ticket. No seating area or price range can be guaranteed and all sales are subject to availability.

All members of the Premiership UK away travel club will also need to purchase their tickets during the above period.

Chelsea can also confirm the club will be providing subsidised coach and train travel to Old Trafford for the match. Exact details of this are hoped to be confirmed as soon as possible and will be published on the website.

You can see a seating plan of Old Trafford here, most of Chelsea's allocation is in the West Stand

Important Online Ordering Information

To allow people buying online to know for sure their application has been accepted and processed there and then, the FA Cup Semi Final is being sold using the real time Websales ticketing system. As this system is configured for the Stamford Bridge seating layout it has been modified to allow each stand within Stamford Bridge to represent an equivalent area and price category (£55, £45, £35 & £25) at Old Trafford. Therefore when choosing the price of ticket you wish to buy you need to select to following areas :

£55 — select Shed Lower
£45 — select West Upper or West Lower
£35 — select Matthew Harding Lower
£25 — select Shed Upper
£25 (adults)/£12.50 (juvenile & OAP) family area — select East Lower North

Note 1 - Please remember there will undoubtedly be an initial rush for tickets in the first few hours resulting in the online system, and the box office, being very busy. You are therefore asked to be patient, however please remember Chelsea’s allocation of 29,908 tickets means there is more than enough to guarantee every season ticket holder a ticket, even in the unlikely event of a 100% take up. Tickets are on sale exclusively to season ticket holders for 3 days so if you find the system busy try again after the initial rush has died down or on the 2nd or 3rd days of sale.

Note 2 - If you wish to purchase tickets for more than one person, you will need to use the 'Friends & Family' option

Note 3 - There is a strict policy of a maximum of 2 adults per 1 juvenile in the family area. Any application where more than 2 adults apply per 1 juvenile will have all their applications cancelled.

Note 4 — There are different amounts of tickets available in each price band with the least number being in the £55 & £25 ranges, therefore these priced tickets are likely to sell out first.

Note 5 — Any problems with the websales system and you should either email websales@chelseafc.com or call 0870 300 2322 (please note there are no telephone sales for this game)

Re: tickets for OT

I only have one on my fan card and i din't have any faith in the clubs policy of sending out a letter to people. I qualified for carling cup final last year but didn't receive a letter to apply. i phoned them, and they told me to write asking for a ticket that i applied for. I sent that letter and heard nothing back.

Fucking joke.
