John Gallagher - legend
John has gone over there on his own as me and Smithy couldn't afford to go with him, and fourtimes and Steve H were doing the overnight stay. He offered to take what's left of the latest issue to sell in the airport.
Got a text this morning from him saying some jobsworth told him if he tried to sell it in the airport he'd have him thrown out, meaning he wouldn't be able to go the game.
Then got another text a bit later saying his flight had been delayed, but he's managed to sell most of the mags. What a trooper!
John went to every league game this season, often on his own on Happy Als, and he had some really shitty away trips. If anyone deserves to see us win a European Cup its that lad.

Met john when I was over. It was right up there on my highlight trip list.
(Well, between seeing a scally at Lime Street in a Lacoste trackie and devouring lamb something or other from Huyton Tandoori while being loaded up on 99p Fosters).

That Tandoori is just by where I live NP and I agree the food is very good from there. My sphincter is nodding in agreement here as well.....

Great idea lads, I have a few suggestions!
10 points to any "TLW'er" who has ever been to Anfield
5 points for any "TLW'er" who could point out Anfield on a map
2 points for every Liverpool scarf,hat,badge,flag etc that you own. (This one should earn you boys some serious points)
20 points for any "TLW'er" who can explain the offside rule
1 point for every hour a day you spend on this forum (Again, this one has potential as a serious earner)
50 points for any one of you that has a girlfriend (not holding my breath on this one)
These are just a few that spring to mind but I'll keep you Crazy Cats posted if I think of any more.
